Polymetal says January–September gold output falls 4% to 1 mln oz
MOSCOW, Oct 26 (PRIME) -- Gold production of Russian precious metals producer Polymetal International fell by 4% on the year to 1.035 million ounces, or 32.192 tonnes, in January–September, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Silver output fell by 4% to 13.9 million ounces, or 432.338 tonnes, in the period.
Total production decreased by 4% to 1.151 million ounces, or 35.8 tonnes, of gold equivalent.
In April–June, total production fell 9% on the year to 437,000 ounces in gold equivalent.
Revenue grew by 4% to U.S. $2.093 billion in January–September.
The net debt increased to $1.897 billion as of September 30 from $1.351 billion as of the start of the year.
